UPCOMING FESTIVITIES FOR DECEMBER!
CALs CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON
Hi Members,
It’s hard to believe that it’s almost Thanksgiving and soon Christmas!! Your social committee has a beautiful luncheon planned for you all!
We will be at Schweitzer again this year. Our menu will be announced at the November meeting. Cost is $35 for the luncheon and $5 for the bus if you decide to take it. Busses will leave from the Bonner Mall by the movie theater. A cash bar will be available for your enjoyment. Sign ups are at BB in the cash register area. Please sign up ASAP so we can get a more accurate head count than our last event!
We put a lot of work and effort into these events and we want you all to attend if at all possible. We all know food cost have gone up. Unfortunately your social committee has no control of the cost. Our apologies in advance.
Our theme this year is "A Dickens Christmas". We’d love you to come dressed in your holiday best, but don’t let your attire stop you for attending. We want to see your beautiful face no matter how you dress!
PLEASE BRING A WRAPPED ORNAMENT WITH A VALUE BETWEEN $5 and $10 to the luncheon for our ornament exchange. We will also be raffling off the centerpieces again this year like we did last year. They will be beautiful, so plan on participating!
Lastly, our Kinderhaven tree is taking form. We will have a paper tree hung up in the back room of BB starting Monday with some of toys we are looking for. If you’d like to participate in helping with supplying the gifts for under our tree please take an ornament off our tree and return it by the Monday after Thanksgiving to BB. There are gifts of all price ranges. Feel free to get a couple of your friends together and go in on a purchase. As last year, we are expecting the tree to be sold and given back to Kinderhaven for the gifts to be given to the house and kids. Thank you for supporting this wonderful cause!!
