Dear Volunteers,

​​​​It’s Spring! The flowers are blooming, the trees are greening, the weather has been almost perfect….the annual rebirth of our earth. Bizarre Bazaar has been enjoying its own spring with beautiful bouquets, flirty kites and lovely colors all competing for ours’ and our customers’ attention. And everyone is paying attention! April was one of the very best months we have had….and the thanks go to all of our hard working volunteers! Thank you, each and every one of you for your dedication….it is so appreciated.

We know you are all used to Joyce’s lovely words of appreciation and encouragement, but now you are going to have to put up with Diane Arrants' and my attempts as we try and fit into those great big shoes both she and Cindy have left. Oh so hard to fill! May I say we will do our best. We are sad to see the dynamic duo slide from the forefront of the day-to-day operation, but rest assured they are lurking behind the scenes with their wisdom, experience and humor.

As we move forward not only do we plan to carry on the great traditions of Bizarre Bazaar, but create some new, exciting roads for us to travel. Diane and I welcome suggestions, and, of course, any help you can give.

We are receiving a grand amount of donations (after all it is garage sale season!) so anyone who wants to sort is always welcome. And please remember Joyce’s mantra….BE RUTHLESS! Our motto is "Upscale Resale" so let’s cull out the items that don’t meet our standards. Got a question about non-clothing items? Don’t forget out special expert Robert! He is magic and can often turn our “junk” into dollars.

Both Diane and I look forward to working with all of you….and experiencing a lot of fun, camaraderie and success!
