Vice-President's Corner

Dear CAL members,

A very violent wind storm and our general meeting, on Wednesday, was still well attended. We are troopers for sure, bath or no bath.

The decorations for our CAL festival tree are wired and ready to go on the tree. Many hands have made this project possible. A huge thank you to Tina Reynolds for her organization of our committee. She is a wonder. Thank you CAL members for your gorgeous donations.

Sign ups for the Christmas luncheon went very well at our general meeting. You may still drop into BB and put your name on the list. Please include your check when you sign up. It's going to be so much fun. And remember, your wine is included with your lunch. Lin Otey, our fabulous Social Committee leader will be home soon. She keeps us all laughing and excited when we meet. And thanks to Dottie Johnson for providing her lovely home for every meeting.

The Festival of Trees luncheon is fast approaching. It takes place on December 4th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bonner Fairgrounds. If you are not attending, please take time to view this beautiful event on Thursday, the 3rd, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thank you Kinderhaven for this community opportunity.
