Bizarre Bazaar Corner

Greetings Dear Volunteers,

November 2015 was another record breaking sales month for Bizarre Bazaar. We were nearly $4000 in sales over November 2014. Thank you, thank you for all you do to make that happen.

Now that the chip reader is activated on the credit card machine there have been a few incidents of not returning the credit card back to the customer. Here are some hints to help you remember:

1. Keep your hand on the card while it is in the machine (there is a bit of a wait).

2. Wrap the receipt around the credit card when you hand the receipt to the customer.

3. Check the signature on the receipt with the signature on the back of the credit card (that requires remembering to get the CC out of the machine).

Hope one of these ideas helps.

Help Needed:
Three Team Leader slots are available. There will be signups at the Christmas luncheon or anytime now at BB. It's only 3 hours a month and a huge help. Family comes first so know that a substitute can always be found for you if needed. Please consider a Team Leader Position. Diane Arrants has the TL chart.

We have special merchandise on the floor during this season. Don't forget to check it out and share with your friends. These are some of our furs that are available. Some are as-is, but many of the others are in excellent condition and have been well cared for.

Also many thanks to Diane Arrants for beginning to seamlessly slip into the store manager position. Cindy and I will continue to be managers until next June when the new board takes over and Cheri Warber returns to be the new co-manager with Diane.
